1956	POM established in Kamieniec Ząbkowicki
1991	Jan Klimczuk takes over a share of the assets of the former POM. Metrol is formed.
1991	Cooperation with the mining trade begins.
1994	Metrol receives a Mining Institute certificate for its own powered roof support (PRS).
1995	Metrol becomes the largest private supplier of supports to Silesian mines.
1992-1998	Metrol sells 10 000 PRS (20 T each).
1999	Production of Reloading Systems begins.
2000	Production of heat exchanger components for GEA begins.
2005	Separate furnace welding department established.
2008	Production of housings for shell-tube exchangers begins.
2011	Certification according to PN-EN ISO 9001:2009
2011	Certification according to PN-EN ISO 3834-2
2012	Certification according to 97/23/WE i AD 2000 Merkblatt HP0
05.2012	First product with Modul G (according to AD Merkblatt 2000) approved by external certification body.
